# Deposit: Transfer Account (ACATS)

ACATs allows you to transfer securities and cash assets from an account at another financial institution to your account (including IRA accounts).

**Availability:** 7-10 business days

**Deposit Limits:** No limit

**Step One:** Download, complete, and sign the Customer Account Transfer Form.

Step Two: Email the form to `clientservices@tradestation.com` Include a copy of your most recent account statement for the external account

The title on your account (typically your legal name) and the title on the account from which you are transferring funds must match.
